The Competition Authority initiated supervisory proceedings concerning AllePal OÜ to inspect the operation of the auto24.ee portal and verify the compliance of its terms of services with the competition rules on the market for the intermediation of sales advertisements related to vehicles.
According to the Competition Authority’s preliminary assessment, there are no competition infringements in the market for compulsory liability insurance for health care providers, but the Authority will continue to monitor the market situation.
