Universal Postal Service

Universal postal service includes the following domestic and cross-border postal services:

• forwarding of items of correspondence weighing up to 2 kg as ordinary, registered and insured items;
• forwarding of postal parcels weighing up to 20 kg as registered and insured items.

A universal postal service provider shall be designated as a result of a public competition organised by the Estonian Competition Authority. Next public competition will be held on 2024.
