Public consultation on the terms and conditions of LNG terminal

The Estonian Competition Authority (Konkurentsiamet) and Finnish Energy Authority (Energiavirasto) will carry out a joint consultation on the terms and conditions (including prices (this concerns only the Finnish regulator, as the Estonian regulator approves the LNG tariff calculation methodology upon receiving an application according to the Natural Gas Act) of Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy. The terms and conditions will be applied with the specified conditions mentioned in the appendices when the liquefied natural gas processing equipment is located either on the Finnish or Estonian side. Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy will later announce the commissioning date and location of the terminal, which will determine the time and place of application of the conditions.

Public consultation will last from 21.10 until 11.11.22. We ask market participants to submit their comments and suggestions regarding the terms of the contract for the use of the LNG terminal to [email protected] ja [email protected].

Additional information about the conditions for using the LNG terminal can be obtained from [email protected] ja [email protected]
